SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN
Confirmation
As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, Confirmation will be celebrated when the children are in Year 3.
First Holy Communion
As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, First Holy Communion will be celebrated when the children are in Year 4.
Penance (Reconciliation)
As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, Reconciliation will be celebrated when the children are in Year 5.
Confirmation
As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, Confirmation will be celebrated when the children are in Year 3.

As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, First Holy Communion will be celebrated when the children are in Year 4.

As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, Reconciliation will be celebrated when the children are in Year 5.
- Sacramental Initiation is Parish based; however, Regina Caeli is welcoming of all like-minded families.
- Regina Caeli presumes a combined involvement of family & Parish for Sacrament preparation.
- Regina Caeli invites parents to work closely with the Sacramental Team to prepare the children, recognising that parents are the primary educators of their child’s faith development.

Sacrament of First Eucharist (First Holy Communion) 2025
As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, children in Year 4, 2025 are prepared to celebrate this sacrament.

The dates for the preparation and celebration of the Sacrament are as follows:
- Child & Parent Information Night: Monday 12 May, 2025 at 5.30pm
- Family Activity Session: Monday 26 May OR Tuesday 27 May at 6-7pm
- Enrolment Presentation Mass: Sunday 15 June at 8.30am
Sacrament of Confirmation 2025
As per the Sacramental Policy of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, children in Year 3, 2025 are prepared to celebrate this sacrament.
The dates for the preparation and celebration of the Sacrament are as follows:
- Child & Parent Information Night: Monday 11 August, 2025 at 5.30pm
- Enrolment Presentation Mass: To be confirmed.
- Wednesday 10 September, 2025 at 5pm
- Thursday 11 September, 2025 at 5pm
- Friday 12 September, 2025 at 5pm
